Training Philosophy

Throughout my law enforcement training career, I have experienced the changes and adaptations of techniques & tactics.  Training is a process and continually needs to be assessed.  As we learn, we adapt, change, and grow.  We strive to be more effective and more efficient.  I believe in purposeful actions and understanding the “why” in what we train.
